This infrared sauna blanket is very easy to use by carefully following the instructions in the manual included. Simply fully open the main zip, get inside it and close the zip. The arms can be extracted by opening the 2 smaller zips. The functions can be controlled from the control module or, conveniently, by using the remote control.

The 2 top and bottom heat areas can be used separately, selecting different temperature levels for each one, according to preferences and needs.
